We’ve all seen specific localities of Houston which are appearing with miles and miles of enormous homes that are far too gigantic for any reasonably sized household. Your average McMansion floor plans seem more like a fortress than a house.
Critics bicker about their place in helping intelligent growth of neighborhoods. It’s better to have a small home, they announce – particularly in the housing market we’re facing. However there’s lots of areas out there loaded with these styles of homes.
Perhaps they’re on their way out – a cursory glance at websites similar to MSN Real Estate displays lots of McMansions for sale today.
So where’s the crummiest neighborhood in Houston filled with Mc Mansions and why?
Perhaps it’s the theft, maybe it’s the bumpkins, maybe it’s a town with a bad reputation, maybe it’s just the bad surrounds. Often, it’s a town where the real estate value is notably shoddy.
